AMOR MISSION

Amor Collective is dedicated to providing a unique incubator space exclusively designed for Latina-owned businesses. Through personalized mentoring, coaching, and a nurturing environment, we aim to recognize and support the exceptional talents and innovative ideas of women entrepreneurs. Our state-of-the-art facility and tailored programs enable our members to develop business plans, enhance leadership skills, access valuable resources, and scale their businesses. We foster a collaborative community, offering one-on-one coaching, group mentorship, skill-building workshops, networking events, and funding opportunities. Committed to inclusivity and support, Amor Collective empowers women entrepreneurs to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on their communities and the world.

AMOR sTRATEGY

Amor provides a state-of-the-art facility that is designed to cater to the specific needs of women entrepreneurs. We offer customized mentoring and coaching cohort programs that help our members develop and refine their business plans, sharpen their leadership skills, and access valuable resources to scale their businesses.

Amor’s programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each business owner. We offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group mentorship meetings, and skill-building workshops on topics such as finance, marketing, and sales all facilitated by women in our own community. Members of Amor also have access to networking events, are encouraged to host events from our space, and funding opportunities.

Stephanie Vasquez, Founder and CEO

Stephanie Vasquez is a Arizona State University graduate, latina business leader, serial entrepreneur, and business coach. Stephanie’s entrepreneurial journey boasts several achievements including developing her non-profit organization E.L.L.A from concept to commercialization, over 17 years of business at Fair Trade Cafe, and advocating for the local Phoenix community. Her business success has earned her and her businesses recognition from Forbes, Los Suns, Cox, The New Times, Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix Rising, City of Phoenix, Know Phoenix, and more. Stephanie has also taught and mentored with ASU as a part of ASU Prepped, a food entrepreneurial program.

Gloria Elox, Director of Programs and Development

Gloria Elox is an experienced industry professional with over 15 years of expertise spanning multiple markets. Her work includes building her business Mi Pecado, heading the programming at the Mujeres Mercado, and most recently Director of Programming and Development at Amor. She is a graduate of The College of St. Scholastica with a Social Work degree and has also served and volunteered for communities across the valley.

Nadia Vasquez, Head of Marketing and Branding

Nadia Vasquez is a Arizona State University graduate with a Masters of Global Business and Administration. She also obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio Texas. Her passion for building and growing brands brings a unique perspective to Amor and E.L.L.A. She also has first hand experience with building and growing her own beauty brand known as Vas Cosmetics.

Fabiola Montes, marketing & social media coordinator

Fabiola Montes is a proud First-Generation Graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and Advertising. She is dedicated to empowering Latina businesses and uplifting women. Her passion for entrepreneurship and uniting diverse visions drives her commitment to the growth of Amor and E.L.L.A. Her expertise in marketing and advertising is complemented by her advocacy for diversity and inclusivity, both professionally and within her community.
